Miwer (Michael Wettendorff)
A Danish illustrator and author living in Copenhagen, Denmark
Miwer works mainly as an illustrator of book for children. Among his works are:
- SPLIT from the Childrens’ Traffic Club
- the books with Mr. Beard (Hr. Skæg) from Danish National Television (DR)
- Bruin (Rasmus Klump)
- PING by Storm P, in coorporation with The Museum of Storm P and Alvilda Publishing Company
- Hansi Hønegal in coorporation with the author, Henrik Einspor
- And of course his own book: The Horrorbook, which is a Maze and finders book.
Besides the work as an illustrator, Miwer has for many years worked with music, using his real name, Michael Wettendorff.
He composes, plays and produces his own music, which he, among other things, uses for self-made book trailers and movie scores.
